The invention relates to the technical field of municipal engineering foundation reinforcement, and discloses an annular grouting method suitable for pile foundation underlying goaf treatment, which comprises the following steps: selecting a middle pile in a pile foundation, and drilling a hole from the ground to a goaf cavity to obtain a middle pile formed hole; the annular bag is lowered to a goaf cavity through a middle pile hole by means of a grouting pipe; the outer ring of the annular bag is grouted until the annular bag expands to be attached to the top face and the bottom face of the goaf cavity, and an annular closed curtain is formed; the cylinder of the inner cavity of the annular bag is grouted to form a cylindrical reinforcing body; according to the method, the hole is drilled from the ground to the goaf cavity at the position of the middle pile, the annular bag is put down through the hole formed in the middle pile, under the condition that the annular bag is completely expanded, the annular bag can be completely attached to the top and the bottom of the goaf cavity, and the annular closed curtain is formed. The annular closed curtain can act together with the annular bag wall, so that slurry overflowing is controlled, and finally pressure grouting of the cylindrical reinforcing body is achieved.
