According to the device, the axes of the first fixing column and the second fixing column serve as rotating center lines, when the device is vibrated, the two modules can rotate around the first fixing column and the second fixing column, vibration in the transverse direction and vibration in the longitudinal direction are counteracted, and due to limiting of the first fixing column and the second fixing column, the device is convenient to use. The first balancing weight and the second balancing weight used for balancing weight can be reset to the original positions after displacement damping is completed every time, damping operation of the next step is conducted, and the damping effect is greatly enhanced.
