The pneumatic air door control device with the pressure relief structure comprises a door frame, a double-acting locking mechanism, a pneumatic mechanism and a manual separation mechanism, a left door plate is rotationally installed on the left side of the door frame, and a right door plate is rotationally installed on the right side of the door frame; meanwhile, the door frame and the left door plate are connected through a double-acting locking mechanism, the door frame and the right door plate are connected through a double-acting locking mechanism, the pneumatic air door control device with the pressure relief structure is provided with an exhaust mechanism, and an external air source pushes a piston column to slide in a cylinder barrel till a fixed electromagnetic block on a piston plate is magnetically connected with a movable magnetic attraction block on the exhaust mechanism; under the action of magnetic force, the movable magnetic attraction block overcomes the resistance of the compression spring and slides in the air chamber, so that the sealing plug on the movable magnetic attraction block is separated from the plugging taper hole, high-pressure air in the cylinder barrel is conveniently discharged through the exhaust hole, the air chamber and the taper hole, and the air pressure in the cylinder barrel is greatly reduced; and the impact force between the left door plate or the right door plate pushed by the pneumatic mechanism and the mine tunnel is reduced.
本发明公开了一种带泄压结构的气动风门控制装置,包括门框、双动锁定机构、气动机构和手动分离机构,所述门框左侧转动安装有左门板,且门框右侧转动安装有右门板,同时门框与左门板之间以及门框与右门板之间均通过双动锁定机构相连接,该带泄压结构的气动风门控制装置设置有排气机构,外部气源推动活塞柱在缸筒内滑动,直至活塞板上的固定电磁块与排气机构上的活动磁吸块磁力连接,在磁力的作用下活动磁吸块克服压缩弹簧的阻力并在气室内滑动,使得活动磁吸块上的密封塞脱离封堵锥孔,便于缸筒内的高压空气通过排气孔、气室以及锥孔排出,极大的降低了缸筒内的气压,继而减轻了气动机构推动左门板或右门板与矿道内的撞击力度。
