PNEUMATIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE AND PNEUMATIC PRESSURE CONTROL METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC DOOR
A pneumatic pressure control device for an automatic door comprises: a first direction control valve for controlling the direction of compressed air supplied to a door cylinder for opening and closing a door; a door opening/closing detection sensor for detecting whether the door is opened or closed; first and second discharge paths respectively connected to first and second discharge ports of the first direction control valve; and second direction control valves which are respectively provided at the first and second discharge paths, can be operated according to an emergency stop signal so as to respectively discharge the compressed air discharged from the first and second discharge ports, and can be switched so as to reduce the discharge speed of the compressed air if the door is not completely opened or closed when an operation signal is generated after the emergency stop signal.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de pression pneumatique pour une porte automatique comprenant : une première soupape de commande de direction permettant de commander la direction d'air comprimé fourni à un barillet de porte pour ouvrir et fermer une porte ; un capteur de détection d'ouverture/de fermeture de porte permettant de détecter si la porte est ouverte ou fermée ; des premier et second trajets d'évacuation respectivement raccordés à des premier et second orifices d'évacuation de la première soupape de commande de direction ; et des secondes soupapes de commande de direction qui sont respectivement disposées au niveau des premier et second trajets d'évacuation, peuvent être actionnées selon un signal d'arrêt d'urgence de manière à évacuer respectivement l'air comprimé évacué par les premier et second orifices d'évacuation et peuvent être commutées de manière à réduire la vitesse d'évacuation de l'air comprimé si la porte n'est pas complètement ouverte ou fermée lorsqu'un signal d'actionnement est généré après le signal d'arrêt d'urgence.
