Fixed cone valve element natural aeration system and aeration method thereof
The invention discloses a fixed cone valve element natural aeration system and an aeration method thereof, and belongs to the field of active cavitation prevention of hydraulic machinery. The device is mainly composed of a cone, a valve element aeration venturi tube, a valve element sealing head, an aeration pipeline and a flow guide cover. The valve element aeration venturi tube is arranged on the axis of the cone, negative pressure is formed at the throat of the valve element aeration venturi tube through the high water head difference of the cone, air is sucked in, and high-speed valve element aeration jet flow is formed. Aerated jet flow of the valve element is drawn into a mainstream annular shear cavitation area under the action of back flow of the cone, so that the mainstream is aerated, and the aim of reducing and avoiding cavitation and cavitation erosion through aeration is achieved. The invention has the advantages that: (1) the valve core is stable in natural aeration, bubbles are broken, and the cavitation reducing and avoiding effects are obvious; (2) the natural aeration range is wide, and the method is suitable for wider upstream and downstream water level combinations; (3) the natural air entrainment amount is converged and easy to control; and (4) an energy dissipater and a movable part are not additionally arranged, so that the flow capacity and durability of the valve are not influenced.
本发明公开一种固定锥形阀阀芯自然掺气系统及其掺气方法,属于水力机械主动防空化领域。主要由锥体、阀芯掺气文丘里管、阀芯密封头、掺气管路和导流罩组成。本发明通过在锥体轴线上设置阀芯掺气文丘里管,利用锥体的高水头差在阀芯掺气文丘里管的喉部形成负压,将空气吸入,形成高速阀芯掺气射流。阀芯掺气射流在锥体后回流作用下卷入主流环形剪切空化区,从而给主流掺气,达到掺气减免空化空蚀的目的。本发明的优点是:(1)阀芯自然掺气稳定且气泡破碎,减免空化效果显著;(2)自然掺气范围广,适应更广的上下游水位组合;(3)自然掺气量收敛且易于控制;(4)不增设消能工和活动部件,不影响阀门的过流能力和耐久性。
