Setter plate for preparing ceramic solid electrolyte film
The invention discloses a setter plate for preparing a ceramic solid electrolyte film. The setter plate comprises a lithium-containing ceramic layer and a high-temperature-resistant ceramic layer. The lithium-containing ceramic layer and the high temperature resistant ceramic layer are closely bonded together via sintering, and the setter plate has a substantially flat surface. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the setter plate and a method for preparing a flattened solid electrolyte film by using the setter plate. The flatness and ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte film can be improved when the load bearing plate is used for preparing the solid electrolyte film, and the solid electrolyte film which is flat in surface, compact in structure and high in ionic conductivity is obtained.

The invention discloses a setter plate for preparing a ceramic solid electrolyte film. The setter plate comprises a lithium-containing ceramic layer and a high-temperature-resistant ceramic layer. The lithium-containing ceramic layer and the high temperature resistant ceramic layer are closely bonded together via sintering, and the setter plate has a substantially flat surface. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the setter plate and a method for preparing a flattened solid electrolyte film by using the setter plate.
