The concrete per cubic meter is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 2Kg/m of composite graphene slurry prepared by a physical method, 0.5 to 1Kg/m of surface modified binary compound graphene dispersion liquid, 4 to 7Kg/m of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 2 to 4Kg/m of compound thickening agent, 2100Kg/m to 2300Kg/m of aggregate and 100Kg/m to 150Kg/m of cement, according to the invention, the compressive strength and breaking strength of traditional concrete can be effectively improved, the permeability and toughness can be improved to a certain extent, the curing is faster, the setting time is more stable, and meanwhile, due to the doping of graphene, under the condition of reaching the same strength grade of concrete, 8-15% of cement can be saved, and the carbon reduction effect is more obvious.
本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性混凝土及其制备方法,该单方混凝土由以下重量份成分组成:物理法所制备的复合石墨烯浆料1‑2Kg/m³、表面改性二元复配石墨烯分散液0.5‑1Kg/m³、聚羧酸减水剂4‑7Kg/m³、复配增稠剂2‑4Kg/m³、骨料2100Kg/m³‑2300Kg/m³以及水泥100‑150Kg/m³;本发明可有效提升传统混凝土的抗压及抗折强度,在渗透性、韧性方面均可得到一定改善,且固化更快、凝结时间更加稳定,同时,由于石墨烯的掺入,在达到同等强度等级混凝土的情况下,可节省8%‑15%的水泥用量,减碳效果较为明显。
