The invention relates to the technical field of bridge protection, in particular to a bridge pile foundation anti-scouring device. A rotating buffer plate is arranged on a pile foundation, and the lower end of the buffer plate is movably connected with the pile foundation; when torrential water flow flows to the pile foundation, the buffer plate opposite to the flow direction of the water flow swings towards the direction close to the pile foundation, so that the impact force of the water flow to the pile foundation is buffered, meanwhile, the buffer plate and the connecting belt can change the flow direction of part of the water flow, and the possibility that sand and stones wrapped in the water flow directly make contact with the pile foundation and scour the pile foundation is reduced; the buffer plate and the connecting belt can also play a role in blocking sand and stones; the splitter plates are fixed on the outer sides of the buffer plates, water flow can be cut, the flow direction of the water flow is changed, and the impact force of the water flow on the pile foundation is further reduced; when the water flow flows back after making contact with the pile foundation, the buffer plate swings in the direction away from the pile foundation under driving of the water flow, the water flow is further disturbed, and scouring of the water flow to the pile foundation is reduced.
