The temperature control fish passing facility comprises side walls, fishway partition plates, a temperature control assembly, a bottom plate, a water passing control system and a temperature control system, the side walls are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate, the fishway partition plates are arranged on the bottom plate, one side of each fishway partition plate is connected with the corresponding side wall, and the other side of each fishway partition plate is connected with the corresponding temperature control assembly. The temperature control assemblies are arranged in the side walls, the fishway partition plates and the bottom plate correspondingly. A water temperature adaptability regulation and control system composed of a temperature control system, water temperature monitoring equipment and the like is additionally arranged, specifically, a normal water level temperature control pipe is arranged in a normal water level area, a variable amplitude area temperature control pipe is arranged in a water level variable amplitude area, and a water passing control system is controlled through a computer central control system; and in cooperation with water temperature monitoring equipment and a fish video monitoring recognition system in the fishway, the water temperature in the built-in temperature control pipe is regulated and controlled online in real time, and it is guaranteed that the water temperature in the fishway pond chamber is within the range suitable for fish inhabiting.
