The invention discloses an auxiliary hole-forming construction method for a cast-in-situ bored pile. The auxiliary hole-forming construction method comprises the following steps that drilling operation is conducted; lifting the drill rod; inserting a protective tube; lifting the follow pipe; drilling is conducted repeatedly; a grouting pipe is inserted; high-pressure grouting is conducted, specifically, the grouting influence ranges of every two adjacent grout reinforced composite soil layers form an occlusion range; and pile foundation construction, wherein the outer contour line of the pile foundation and the grouting influence range of the grout reinforced composite soil layer form a pile foundation invasion range. The method has the beneficial effects that under the geological condition of a huge thick sand layer, composite reinforcement is conducted on the soil body within a certain range around the drilled hole, the grouting influence ranges of every two adjacent grouting holes are engaged, the grouting holes radially intrude into a certain range of a pile foundation, and after the soil body around the pile is reinforced through high-pressure rotary jet grouting, the grouting effect is good. A closed and stable circular curtain with certain strength is formed around the pile foundation, and under the protection effect of the circular curtain, the safety and stability of the hole wall and no hole collapse can be guaranteed during rotary excavating construction of the pile foundation.
