The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated pipe pile installation, and discloses a recyclable prefabricated pipe pile installation positioning device which comprises an upper supporting frame and a lower supporting frame which are provided with notches, the notches in the surface of the upper supporting frame correspond to the notches in the surface of the lower supporting frame in the vertical direction, and the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame are fixedly connected through a supporting side plate. A supporting ring assembly and a positioning sleeve plate assembly are arranged between the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame. According to the recyclable prefabricated pipe pile mounting and positioning device, a positioning sleeve plate assembly composed of a plurality of U-shaped sleeve plates is arranged in the positioning device, before a prefabricated pipe pile sinks, the positions of the sleeve plates are changed, and the sleeve plates can be matched with notches in the surfaces of an upper supporting frame and a lower supporting frame to form a guide channel; after the positioning part of the sleeve plate is aligned with the sinking position, the prefabricated pipe pile can be quickly positioned and placed at the sinking position through the guide channel, and the prefabricated pipe pile is further accurately positioned by rotating the sleeve plate.
