The invention relates to the technical field of house buildings, in particular to a fabricated house building. Comprising an assembling frame body, a top plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the assembling frame body, the upper end of the top plate is fixedly connected with a roof assembly, a water storage assembly is fixedly connected to the middle of the roof assembly, water tanks are formed in the peripheral side walls of the assembling frame body, and open holes corresponding to the water tanks and communicating with the water tanks are formed in the top plate; water in the water storage assembly can flow to the top plate and enter the water tank through the open hole, and a valve communicating with the water tank is fixed to the assembly frame body. The lower hole can be selectively opened according to the water temperature in the first box body, when the water temperature in the first box body is high, the floating plate ascends and then opens the lower hole corresponding to the inlet end of the connecting pipe, and high-temperature water is discharged through the connecting pipe. On the contrary, after the floating plate ascends, the other lower hole is opened, the low-temperature water enters the second box body and then is discharged onto the top plate, and the water falling onto the top plate can enter the water tank through the open hole, so that the assembly frame body is cooled.
本发明涉及到一种房屋建筑技术领域,具体涉及到一种装配式房屋建筑。包括组装框体,组装框体上端固定连接有顶板,顶板上端与屋顶组件固定连接,屋顶组件中间固定连接有储水组件,组装框体的四周侧壁内均开设有水槽,顶板上开设有与水槽对应且连通的开孔,储水组件内的水能够流到顶板上并通过开孔进入到水槽内,组装框体上固定有与水槽连通阀门。本发明能够根据第一箱体内的水温选择开启下孔,当第一箱体内的水温高时,浮板上行后开启与连接管进口端对应的下孔,温度高的水通过连接管排出。反之浮板上行后开启另一个下孔,温度低的水进入到第二箱体内后排至顶板上,落到顶板上水能够通过开孔进入到水槽内,进而实现对组装框体降温。
