A ceiling decorative plate is mounted on the outer side of the gridding cloth through a keel frame; the heat preservation plates are made of hydrophobic rock wool plates, vertical seams between every two adjacent heat preservation plates are staggered line by line by half of the plate length, and the anchoring parts are located in the middles of the heat preservation plates and the gaps between every two adjacent heat preservation plates respectively. The anchoring part comprises an internal thread positioning buckle inserted into the base layer top plate, an anti-skid gasket is embedded into the outer wall of the internal thread positioning buckle, an adjusting bolt is installed on the inner side of the internal thread positioning buckle in a matched mode through threads, and the outer wall of the adjusting bolt is sleeved with an outer sleeve.
