The invention discloses an underwater anti-dispersion crack repairing grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The in-water dispersion-resistant crack repairing grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 880 to 1120 parts of superfine cement, 240 to 320 parts of quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 80 to 160 parts of silica fume, 160 to 320 parts of fly ash, 4.8 parts of polycarboxylic acid type super plasticizer, 3.2 parts of polyether type defoaming agent, 3.2 to 4.8 parts of in-water dispersion-resistant additive, 48 to 96 parts of expanding agent and 598 to 845 parts of water. The in-water dispersion-resistant crack repairing grouting material is scientific and reasonable in proportion, and has the characteristics of water dispersion resistance, high groutability, capability of permeating into fine cracks or pores, high impermeability grade, early strength, micro-expansion and no pollution; the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and reasonable, easy to operate, suitable for building repair projects such as crack repairing and leaking stoppage, and beneficial to large-scale production.
