Modified anti-radiation powder and anti-radiation concrete crack repairing grouting material
The invention relates to modified anti-radiation powder and an anti-radiation concrete crack repairing grouting material, and the preparation process of the modified anti-radiation powder is as follows: 1) micron-sized anti-radiation powder with single dispersity is uniformly distributed in high-speed airflow, a composite modifier is atomized by spraying, and the two airflows are subjected to opposed mixing; the composite modifier comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of a film-forming agent, 20-40% of polyamide wax and 10-20% of a silane coupling agent which are used as solutes, and 20-40% of a solvent which is a mixture of alcohols and ketones; after mixing, the composite modifier is adsorbed on the surface of the anti-radiation powder to form a coating film; (2) introducing high-temperature gas into the mixed gas flow, and evaporating the solvent in the coating film, so that the solute in the composite modifier is coated on the surface of the anti-radiation powder in a film form; and (3) collecting the anti-radiation powder obtained in the step (2) by using a bag collector, carrying out water separation and impurity removal, and drying to obtain the modified anti-radiation powder. Not only can the structural strength of the radiation-proof concrete be repaired, but also the radiation-proof function can be repaired.
本发明为改性防辐射粉体及防辐射混凝土裂缝修补注浆材料,所述改性防辐射粉体的制备过程是:1)将具有单一分散性的微米级防辐射粉体均匀分布到高速气流中,复合改性剂通过喷雾雾化,两种气流对冲混和;所述复合改性剂的质量组成为:以成膜剂20‑40%、聚酰胺蜡20‑40%、硅烷偶联剂10‑20%作为溶质,以醇类和酮类的混合物作为溶剂20‑40%;混合后复合改性剂吸附在防辐射粉体表面,形成包覆膜;2)向混合后气流中通入高温气体,蒸发包覆膜中的溶剂,使复合改性剂中的溶质以膜的形式包裹在防辐射粉体表面;3)用布袋收尘器对步骤2)获得防辐射粉体进行收集,再进行水选除杂之后干燥得到改性防辐射粉体。既能对防辐射混凝土结构强度进行修补又能兼具防辐射功能修复。
