The invention provides a modified sepiolite fiber toughened composite grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The toughened composite grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of cement, 10 to 50 parts of modified sepiolite fiber, 5 to 15 parts of early strength agent, 1 to 5 parts of surfactant, 1 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent, 5 to 10 parts of sodium silicate and 200 to 400 parts of water, wherein the modified sepiolite fiber is modified by acid. According to the invention, the modified sepiolite fiber is added to overcome the defects of poor early-stage anti-scouring performance, poor volume stability, poor stone toughness and the like of the traditional Portland cement single slurry, so that the grouting material has the effect which can be achieved by adding clay minerals and reinforced fibers in the existing grouting material synthesis technology; the method has the advantages of controllable gelation time, moderate stone body strength, strong water flow scouring resistance, low cost and environmental friendliness, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明提供一种改性海泡石纤维增韧复合注浆材料及其制备方法和应用。所述增韧复合注浆材料以重量份数计包括以下组分:200份的水泥、10~50份的改性海泡石纤维、5~15份的早强剂、1~5份的表面活性剂、1~5份的硅烷偶联剂、5~10份的硅酸钠和200~400份的水,其中所述改性海泡石纤维通过酸改性。本发明通过加入改性海泡石纤维克服了传统硅酸盐水泥单浆液早期抗冲刷性能差、体积稳定性差、结石体韧性差等缺点,使其具有现有注浆材料合成技术中需要添加黏土矿物和增强纤维才能达到的效果,如凝胶时间可控、结石体强度适中、抗水流冲刷性强,成本低,环境友好的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
