According to the phosphorene toughening grouting material suitable for the coal mine large-deformation roadway and the preparation method of the phosphorene toughening grouting material, a single-layer phosphorene molecular toughening agent is prepared under the effects of heating, stirring, ultrasound and an electric field in an aprotic solvent after a phosphorus block is subjected to chemical scissor intercalation treatment in an ionic solution. The novel phosphorene toughened grouting material is prepared by adding a single-layer phosphorene molecular toughening agent, a fluid loss agent and a dispersion promoting agent into a silicate clinker cementing material, and the toughness, the bonding strength and the mechanical property of the grouting material are improved. The preparation method is simple, low in cost and good in modification effect.
本发明提出一种适用于煤矿大变形巷道的磷烯增韧注浆材料及其制备方法,通过磷块在离子溶液中进行“化学剪刀”插层处理,后在质子惰性溶剂中加热、搅拌、超声、电场作用下制备单层磷烯分子增韧剂。将单层磷烯分子增韧剂、降失水剂、促分散剂加入到硅酸盐熟料胶凝材料中,制备新型的磷烯增韧注浆材料,改善注浆材料的韧性、粘结强度和力学性能。制备方法简单,成本低廉,改性效果好。
