The invention aims to provide the construction method for reinforcing the settlement roadbed by the obliquely-inserted steel pipe embedded bar constructional column beam supporting system, which is high in operability and good in reinforcing effect. The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning a roadbed slope; inserting a reinforcing support assembly; the reinforcing steel bar sets penetrate into the roadbed soil along the reinforcing and supporting assemblies; grouting is conducted on the reinforcing supporting assemblies, and a column system supporting set, a beam system supporting set and a channel supporting set are formed; the reinforcing and supporting assembly comprises an inserting steel pipe, a steel ring, an opening opening, two sets of first channel pipes and two sets of second channel pipes, the steel ring is arranged at one end of the inserting steel pipe, the opening opening is matched with the steel ring in a buckled mode, the two sets of first channel pipes are horizontally arranged on the inserting steel pipe, and the second channel pipes are vertically arranged on the inserting steel pipe. Open holes are formed in the first channel pipes and the second channel pipes and located between the two first channel pipes, and the open holes are matched with the steel bar sets. The method is applied to the technical field of settlement roadbed reinforcement construction methods.
本发明旨在提供一种可操作性强、加固效果好的斜插钢管埋筋构造柱梁支撑体系加固沉降路基施工方法。本发明该施工方法包括以下步骤:清理路基边坡;插入加固支撑组件;将钢筋组沿加固支撑组件穿入至路基土内;往加固支撑组件注浆,形成柱体系支撑组、梁体系支撑组和通道支撑组;铺设草坪、回填路基土修复路基边坡,加固支撑组件包括插入钢管、钢环、开道口、两组第一通道管和第二通道管,钢环设置于插入钢管的一端,开道口与钢环卡扣配合,两组第一通道管水平设置于插入钢管,第二通道管竖直设置于插入钢管,且与位于两组第一通道管之间,第一通道管和第二通道管均形成有开孔,开孔与钢筋组相配合。本发明应用于沉降路基加固施工方法的技术领域。
