By means of the technical means, the silt silt beach is divided into the vegetation restoration area and the light beach area, double improvement of biological diversity and water quality purification is achieved, meanwhile, the moisture-proof and wave-resisting functions of planted vegetation can be achieved, the ecological disaster reduction function is achieved, and the stability of an ecological system is further improved.
