The embodiment of the invention provides a post-grouting construction method and device for a cast-in-place pile, and relates to the technical field of foundation construction, and the method specifically comprises the steps that after a target pile body is formed, at least one pair of closed grouting pipelines is controlled to conduct first grouting on a capsule body; the capsule body is located at the bottom of the target pile body; the closed grouting pipeline is connected with the capsule body; after the first-time grouting is finished, at least one open type grouting pipeline is controlled to conduct second-time grouting on the bottom and the periphery of the target pile body; and the tail end of the open grouting pipeline is connected with the bottom of the pile body and a surrounding rock-soil layer. According to the embodiment of the invention, the post-pile grouting quality can be ensured, and meanwhile, the post-pile grouting efficiency is improved.
