Suction bucket uplift bearing capacity improving method based on soil plug vacuum preloading treatment
The invention discloses a suction bucket uplift bearing capacity improving method based on soil plug vacuum preloading treatment, which comprises the following steps: adding a steel drainage plate below a conventional suction bucket cover, and after the suction bucket sinks in place, firstly starting a vacuum pump arranged outside the bucket; and vacuum preloading treatment is carried out on the soil plug in the barrel by utilizing vacuum pressure and a sealing condition formed by the top cover and the side wall of the suction barrel. Along with the fact that pore water of the soil body of the soil plug is sucked out by vacuum pressure, the suction bucket foundation settles along with the soil plug. And after the settlement is basically stable, the vacuum pump can be closed, so that the vacuum preloading treatment of the soil plug is completed. After the soil plug is subjected to pre-pressing treatment, the strength and rigidity of a soil body are improved, and therefore the uplift bearing capacity of the suction barrel is remarkably improved. Meanwhile, the barrel top of the suction barrel subjected to pre-pressing treatment is lower than the mud surface, and scouring development of soil around the suction barrel can be effectively slowed down.
本发明公开了一种基于土塞真空预压处理的吸力桶抗拔承载力提升方法,在常规吸力桶桶盖下方新增钢材排水板,待吸力桶沉放就位后,先行开启置于桶外的真空泵,利用真空压力以及吸力桶顶盖和侧壁形成的密封条件对桶内土塞进行真空预压处理。随着土塞土体孔隙水被真空压力“吸出”,同时吸力桶基础跟随土塞一起发生沉降。待到沉降基本稳定后即可关闭真空泵,从而完成土塞的真空预压处理。土塞经过预压处理后土体强度和刚度均得到提升,从而显著提升吸力桶的抗拔承载力。与此同时,预压处理后的吸力桶桶顶低于泥面,可有效减缓吸力桶桶周土体冲刷发展。
