The invention discloses a suction bucket foundation for vacuum preloading reinforcement of a soil plug in a bucket. The suction bucket foundation comprises an inner bucket, an outer bucket covering the inner bucket, a supporting plate, a connecting ring, a filter membrane and an air exhaust hole. The bottom ends of the inner barrel and the outer barrel are connected through a connecting ring; an exhaust hole is formed in the top of the outer barrel; the multiple supporting plates are arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the inner barrel at intervals and fixedly connected with the outer wall of the inner barrel. The filter membrane is uniformly laid and fixed on the outer wall of the inner barrel; the outer barrel covers the inner barrel and the supporting plate, a gap is reserved between the outer barrel and the inner barrel, and the gap forms a drainage channel. Vacuum preloading reinforcement of the soil plug in the suction bucket can be achieved, the soil body within the depth range of the inner bucket is under the vacuum consolidation pressure, drainage consolidation of the soil plug is promoted, the strength of the soil body of the soil plug is improved, and therefore the uplift bearing capacity of the suction bucket foundation is improved.
