The invention provides an excavator rotary motor, a hydraulic system and a control method, the excavator rotary motor structurally comprises a motor main body, a first oil port and a second oil port, the first oil port is communicated with a first cavity of the motor main body, and the second oil port is communicated with a second cavity of the motor main body; the proportional valve is communicated with the first oil port and the second oil port; the control detection part is connected to the motor body, the control detection part can detect the pressure of the first oil port and the pressure of the second oil port, the control detection part is electrically connected with the proportional valve, and the control detection part can control the opening degree of the proportional valve; the first one-way valve is communicated with the first cavity and an oil tank of the excavator; and the second one-way valve is communicated with the second cavity and an oil tank of the excavator. The excavator rotary motor, the hydraulic system and the control method can solve the problem that an existing excavator rotary motor is difficult to meet use requirements.
