The invention provides an excavator rotary motor, a hydraulic system and a control method, and the excavator rotary motor structurally comprises a motor main body which is provided with a first oil port and a second oil port; the first one-way valve is communicated with the first oil port and an oil tank of the excavator; the second one-way valve is communicated with the second oil port and an oil tank of the excavator; the first adjustable overflow valve is communicated with the first oil port and the second one-way valve; the second adjustable overflow valve is communicated with the second oil port and the first one-way valve; the proportional pressure reducing valve is communicated with the pilot oil port of the first adjustable overflow valve and the pilot oil port of the second adjustable overflow valve, and the proportional pressure reducing valve is communicated with the oil tank; and the control detection part is connected to the motor main body, and the control detection part is electrically connected with the proportional pressure reducing valve. According to the excavator rotary motor, the hydraulic system and the control method, the problem that constant-pressure starting and constant-pressure braking are difficult to achieve due to the fact that an existing excavator rotary motor is affected by temperature and flow can be solved.
