The invention discloses a steel structure node device with anti-seismic and self-resetting functions, which comprises a mild steel plate type spring, a first steel encircling sleeve mechanism, a second steel encircling sleeve mechanism, a third steel encircling sleeve mechanism and a triangular steel plate, and is characterized in that the first steel encircling sleeve mechanism, the second steel encircling sleeve mechanism and the third steel encircling sleeve mechanism are sleeved on a cross beam and a vertical column which are mutually orthogonal; the mild steel plate type spring is hinged to the first steel encircling sleeve mechanism and the second steel encircling sleeve mechanism, and the vertex angle of each triangular steel plate is connected with the first steel encircling sleeve mechanism, the second steel encircling sleeve mechanism and the third steel encircling sleeve mechanism. The joint is simple in structure and convenient and rapid to construct, the working efficiency is greatly improved, restoring force can be provided to enable the joint to have the self-resetting capacity in the deformation process of an earthquake, meanwhile, after the joint is restored to the normal state, the limiting plate plays a role of a pull rod to limit continuous excessive deformation of the joint, and therefore the joint has the good active anti-seismic function.
本发明公开了一种具有抗震自复位功能的钢结构用节点装置,包括软钢板式弹簧、第一钢围套机构、第二钢围套机构、第三钢围套机构和三角钢板,第一钢围套机构、第二钢围套机构、第三钢围套机构套设于相互正交的横梁和立柱上,软钢板式弹簧分别与第一钢围套机构、第二钢围套机构铰接,每个三角钢板的顶角分别与第一钢围套机构、第二钢围套机构、第三钢围套机构相连。本发明结构简单,施工方便快速,大大提高工作效率,可以提供回复力使节点在地震过程变形中具有自复位的能力,同时在回复至正常状态后限位板又起到拉杆作用限制该节点继续过度变形,从而使该节点具有良好的主动的抗震功能。
