A prefabricated concrete column and a column shoe are machined into a whole, prestressed tendon hole channels are formed in the concrete column, the column shoe and the column foot, the concrete column, the column shoe and the column foot are connected through prestressed tendons, anchorage devices and energy consumption clamps, and energy consumption friction surfaces matched with one another are arranged between the column shoe and the column foot.
