The invention provides a plastic grouting material for flowing water grouting of an earth and rockfill dam body and a preparation method of the plastic grouting material. Comprising the following steps: step 1, dispersing glass fibers in a sulfuric acid solution, performing constant-temperature water etching for 1-4 hours at the temperature of 50-60 DEG C, filtering, washing with water, and drying to obtain modified glass fibers; step 2, adding a first coupling agent into the mixed fibers containing the modified glass fibers and the polypropylene fibers, and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain modified mixed fibers; and step 3, mixing cement, fly ash ultrafine powder, bentonite, an initiator, an early strength agent, the modified mixed fiber, a second coupling agent, water and sodium silicate in parts by mass to obtain the plastic grouting material. According to the invention, by adding the fly ash ultrafine powder, the bentonite and the modified mixed fiber into the cement, the consolidation performance and flowing water scouring resistance of the slurry can be obviously improved, and the plasticity of a stone body is improved, so that the slurry can adapt to the deformation of a soil body within a certain range on the basis of ensuring the gel strength, and the seepage-proofing and leakage-stopping effects and the engineering structural strength are ensured.
本发明提供一种用于土石坝坝体动水注浆的塑性注浆材料及其制备方法。包括以下步骤:步骤1、将玻璃纤维分散在硫酸溶液中,50~60℃恒温水刻蚀1~4h,过滤,水洗,烘干,得到改性玻璃纤维;步骤2、向含有改性玻璃纤维与聚丙烯纤维的混合纤维中加入第一偶联剂,搅拌10~30min,得到改性混合纤维;步骤3、将水泥、粉煤灰超细微粉、膨润土、引发剂、早强剂、改性混合纤维、第二偶联剂、水和硅酸钠按质量份数计进行混合,得到塑性注浆材料。本发明通过在水泥中添加粉煤灰超细微粉、膨润土和改性混合纤维,可显著改线浆液的固结性能和抵抗动水冲刷能力,提升结石体塑性,使其在保证凝胶强度的基础上,能在一定范围内适应土体形变,保证防渗堵漏效果与工程结构强度。
