The invention provides a grouting material for dynamic water filling of a tunnel karst cave and a preparation method of the grouting material, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering grouting. The grouting material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of bentonite; 35-45 parts by mass of Portland cement; 1-4 parts by mass of modified basalt fiber; 0.5-1 part by mass of a lignin water reducing agent; and 40-55 parts by mass of water. Based on the synergistic effect of the modified basalt fiber and the bentonite, the grouting material which has the advantages of excellent underwater stability, dilution resistance, high underwater strength and the like is formed, and the grouting material has good durability in a flowing water environment, is not easy to lose, and has a good application prospect. And seepage-proofing and leakage-stopping grouting construction of flowing water areas with groundwater inrush such as karst stratum cracks, pores or large channels can be achieved.
本发明提出一种用于隧道溶洞动水充填的注浆材料及其制备方法,属于岩土工程注浆技术领域。注浆材料包括:10‑15质量份的膨润土;35‑45质量份的硅酸盐水泥;1‑4质量份的改性玄武岩纤维;0.5‑1质量份的木质素减水剂;40‑55质量份的水。本发明基于改性玄武岩纤维与膨润土协同作用,形成了具有水下稳定性优越,抗稀释、水下强度高等优势的注浆材料,且在动水环境下具有良好的耐久性,不易流失,可实现对岩溶地层裂缝、孔隙或大的通道等地下水突涌的动水区域的防渗堵漏注浆施工中。
