Controllable silicon carbide ceramic with high thermal shock resistance and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of advanced ceramics, in particular to controllable high-thermal-shock-resistance silicon carbide ceramic and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that silicon carbide raw powder with different particle sizes, a pore forming agent and an organic solvent are mixed and then subjected to ball milling, ground slurry is dried, and a granulation raw material is obtained; crushing and sieving the granulation raw materials, and finally putting the sieved powder into a vacuum furnace for pressureless sintering to obtain a target product. Compared with the conventional pressureless sintered compact silicon carbide ceramic, the thermal shock property of the silicon carbide ceramic is improved by 5-10 times.
本发明涉及先进陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种可控高抗热震性碳化硅陶瓷及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:将不同粒径的碳化硅原粉、造孔剂与有机溶剂混合,然后进行球磨,将研磨好的浆料进行干燥,得到造粒原料,对造粒原料进行破碎、过筛,最后将过筛的粉料放入真空炉中,进行无压烧结,得到目的产物。与常规的无压烧结致密碳化硅陶瓷相比,本发明碳化硅陶瓷的热震性性能提高了5~10倍。
