Aluminum nitride ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to aluminum nitride ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the aluminum nitride ceramic comprises the following steps: mixing aluminum nitride powder with a sintering aid to obtain mixed powder, and carrying out compression molding on the mixed powder to obtain an aluminum nitride ceramic green body; the carbon content of the aluminum nitride powder ranges from 0.05 wt% to 0.1 wt%, and the oxygen content of the aluminum nitride powder ranges from 0.6 wt% to 1.2 wt%; and sintering the aluminum nitride ceramic green body to obtain the aluminum nitride ceramic. The preparation method of the aluminum nitride ceramic provided by the invention can reduce the preparation cost of the aluminum nitride ceramic.
