The invention discloses a modified cushion layer of a composite geomembrane surface membrane rockfill dam and a construction method of the modified cushion layer. Water, cement, clay, waste tire rubber particles and fine sand pebble aggregate are used as raw materials and mixed in proportion to prepare plastic mortar, and the modified cushion layer with the thickness of 30 cm is laid between a traditional cushion layer and a composite geomembrane; and a layer of waste tire rubber particles is uniformly paved and embedded on the surface of the cushion layer as a buffer layer. The problems of scratching and splitting caused by friction, deformation, cracking and the like between the composite geomembrane and the mortar surface can be effectively relieved; rubber particles in the mortar increase gliding friction force, so that the composite geomembrane is protected from being split and punctured by cracks; the deformation coordination between the cushion layer and the dam shell material and between the cushion layer and the composite geomembrane is improved, and meanwhile an idea is provided for resourceful treatment of the waste tires.
本发明公开了一种复合土工膜面膜堆石坝的改性垫层及其施工方法,以水、水泥、粘土、废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒、细砂卵石骨料为原材料按比例混合制备塑性砂浆,在传统垫层与复合土工膜之间铺设厚30cm的改性垫层,垫层表面再均匀摊铺镶嵌一层废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒作为缓冲层。本发明可有效缓解复合土工膜与砂浆表面因摩擦、变形开裂等原因产生的划破与割裂问题;砂浆中的橡胶颗粒增加下滑摩擦力,保护复合土工膜不会被裂缝割裂、刺破;提高了垫层与坝壳料、垫层与复合土工膜之间的变形协调性,同时也为废旧轮胎资源化处理提供了一种思路。
