The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and discloses a cut-off device for water conservancy projects and a using method thereof.The cut-off device comprises a gate support, a gate plate and a lifting beam, the gate plate and the lifting beam are arranged on the gate support, and the gate support is provided with a first guide piece for limiting the gate plate to move in the height direction of the gate support and two symmetrically-arranged lifting mechanisms; the lifting beam and the flashboard are both connected with the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for synchronously driving the lifting beam and the flashboard to synchronously move in the direction perpendicular to the water surface; through the arranged lifting mechanism, when a hydraulic cylinder extends or contracts, the hydraulic cylinder drives a lifting beam to move, and meanwhile, a steel wire rope drives a connecting frame to move synchronously through a C connecting piece, so that the moving distance of a gate plate is multiple times of the extension amount of the hydraulic cylinder, the set length of the hydraulic cylinder can be reduced, and meanwhile the moving speed of the gate plate is increased; and the pressure of the water flow on the gate plate is timely reduced by arranging the adjusting mechanism, so that the service life of the hydraulic cylinder can be effectively prolonged.
本发明涉及水利工程技术领域，公开了一种水利工程用截流装置及其使用方法，包括闸门支架、设于闸门支架上的闸板和提升梁，闸门支架上设有限制闸板沿其高度方向移动的第一导向件，两个对称设置的两个提升机构，所述提升梁和闸板均与提升机构连接，提升机构用于同步驱动提升梁和闸板沿垂直于水面的方向同步移动；本发明通过设置的提升机构，在液压缸伸长或收缩时，液压缸带动提升梁移动的同时，钢丝绳通过C连接件带动连接架同步进行移动，使得闸板的移动距离是液压缸的伸长量的多倍，可以减小液压缸的设定长度的同时，提高闸板的移动速度，闸门的启闭速度变快，还通过设置调节机构适时地降低水流对闸板的压力，可以有效提高液压缸的使用寿命。
