Periodic vibration isolation pile for low-frequency vibration waves and construction method
The invention discloses a periodic vibration isolation pile aiming at low-frequency vibration waves and a construction method, a plurality of rows of vibration isolation piles which are periodically arranged are blocked between a vibration source and a building, and each vibration isolation pile comprises a concrete column body, a rubber soft body layer, a steel pile core, a bottom protection layer and a top protection layer. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: S1, determining design parameters according to field vibration frequency, amplitude and field soil layer physical and mechanical parameters; s2, on-site lofting is conducted, and the pile foundation construction position is determined; s3, pile foundation concrete pile body construction is completed according to the cast-in-place pile construction technology; s4, a rubber soft body layer and a steel pile core are constructed; s5, a top concrete protection layer is constructed; and S6, soil around the pile is improved through on-site vibration isolation testing and numerical simulation. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and has an excellent attenuation effect on vibration waves with the frequency lower than 10 Hz. The method is easy to implement, manufacturing is easy, and the problem that the low-frequency vibration wave vibration isolation requirement cannot be met in the prior art is solved.
