The invention discloses a rigid tied-arch bridge cable hoisting tower foundation structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following construction steps: step 1, calculating the stress of the tower foundation structure, designing the size of the tower foundation structure, and integrally designing foundation concrete of a left tower foundation and a right tower foundation; secondly, foundation pit excavation is conducted according to the design form; thirdly, an abutment is poured, and a stand column positioning steel plate is pre-buried; fourthly, pre-embedded stand columns are installed on the stand column positioning steel plates, and positioning frameworks are welded to the pre-embedded stand columns; 5, binding foundation steel bars, reserving a balance cable reserved hole channel in the middle of the foundation concrete, and integrally pouring the foundation concrete; and sixthly, after the foundation concrete is maintained to be qualified, corresponding stand columns, transverse bracings, inclined struts and gusset plates are installed on the pre-embedded stand columns and the balance cable reserved hole channels. According to the technology, the tower foundation and the balance cable anchoring structure are designed in a fused mode, and the balance cable anchoring function is achieved while the requirement of the tower foundation is met.
