The invention relates to a handle and a connecting structure of a fixing nut. The lever handle comprises a lever handle body, a lock cylinder body, a shaft sleeve and a panel cover, the lock cylinder body is sleeved with the shaft sleeve, and an assembly hole is formed in the panel cover in a penetrating mode. The shaft sleeve penetrates through an assembly hole of the panel cover and is in threaded connection with a fixing nut, a clamping ring is arranged between the fixing nut and the panel cover, and the shaft sleeve is sleeved with the clamping ring; the clamping ring is connected with the shaft sleeve in a clamped mode and provided with a first clamping block capable of being bent, and the fixing nut is provided with a plurality of first clamping grooves at intervals. After the fixing nut is screwed tightly, the first clamping block is bent and clamped in any one of the first clamping grooves in the fixing nut. The embodiment of the invention discloses a lever handle, which reduces the precision required by assembly on the premise of ensuring the normal use of the lever handle so as to improve the assembly efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost.
