The invention relates to the technical field of lock manufacturing, in particular to a connecting structure for a handle and a handle head. The connecting structure comprises the handle head and the handle, wherein the handle head and the handle are fixedly connected through a screw. The connecting structure is characterized in that an axial positioning device is arranged between the handle head and the handle and comprises a positioning block and a crescent positioning slot, the positioning block is arranged in an inner connecting hole of the handle, the crescent positioning slot is formed in the outer wall of the handle head and is perpendicular to the axial direction, and the positioning block abuts against one side end of the crescent positioning slot. The connecting structure for the handle and the handle head aims at being firm in connection and not prone to loosening or disengaging in the using process. Compared with the prior art, the connecting structure has the advantages that installing and assembling are convenient, the handle is not prone to being axially pulled out, the connection tightness of the handle head and the handle is high, and the transmission response of the handle to the handle head is fast.
