Self-repairing grouting material based on ureido pyrimidone as well as preparation method and application of self-repairing grouting material
The embodiment of the invention provides a self-repairing grouting material based on ureido pyrimidone as well as a preparation method and application of the self-repairing grouting material based on ureido pyrimidone, 2-ureido-4 [H]-pyrimidone and 4-dimethylaminopyridine are added into lysine diisocyanate and dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, heating is assisted to promote uniform mixing, then mixed polyalcohol is added, and the self-repairing grouting material based on ureido pyrimidone is prepared. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting in the presence of a composite catalyst and a protective atmosphere at 90-100 DEG C for 50-60 minutes, and then filtering and drying a reaction solution to obtain a ureido pyrimidone-polyol copolymer; and adding the ureido pyrimidone-polyalcohol copolymer, the self-repairing accelerant and the auxiliary agent into the aluminate clinker cementing material to obtain the self-repairing grouting material. The self-repairing grouting material is simple in preparation method and low in cost, has the self-repairing characteristic, is suitable for self-repairing of a large-deformation coal roadway of a coal mine, and is beneficial to improving the performance of a grouting body.
本申请实施例提出了一种基于脲基嘧啶酮的自修复注浆材料、制备方法及其应用,通过2‑脲基‑4[H]‑嘧啶酮、4‑二甲氨基吡啶加入到赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中,辅助加热促进均匀混合,而后加入混合聚多元醇,在复合催化剂和保护氛围下,90‑100℃反应50‑60min,后将反应液过滤、干燥,得到脲基嘧啶酮‑聚多元醇共聚物;将脲基嘧啶酮‑聚多元醇共聚物、自修复促进剂和助剂加入铝酸盐熟料胶凝材料中,得到自修复注浆材料。本申请中的自修复注浆材料制备方法简单、成本低廉、具有自修复特性适用于煤矿大变形煤巷的自修复,有利于提高注浆结实体性能。
