The invention belongs to the technical field of cement stabilized macadam mixture preparation and application, and particularly relates to an expressway pavement containing an environment-friendly high-mixing-amount RAP regenerated cement stabilized mixture base layer and a construction technology thereof.The expressway pavement comprises a surface layer, a base layer and a roadbed which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the base layer comprises an upper base layer, a lower base layer and a subbase layer; the laying material of the upper base layer and the laying material of the lower base layer are environment-friendly high-dosage RAP regenerated cement stable mixtures, and the laying material of the subbase layer is lime-fly ash gravel mixtures. Through the structural combination of double-base-layer continuous paving, compared with a construction project of a common cement-stabilized base layer, the construction period can be shortened by 85%, early asphalt pavement diseases such as local segregation, loosening and rutting are not prone to occurring on the pavement, and the practical use value is very high.
