The invention discloses a construction system for counter-pulling, arching, balancing and side turning of steel pipe arch ribs. The lattice frame is linearly connected with a pair of skewbacks, the short supports are arranged along the linear curve of the arch ribs and are connected with the pair of skewbacks, the tower columns are arranged in the lattice frame and are higher than the short supports, the counter-pulling devices are arranged between the short supports and the arch ribs on one side, and the counter-pulling devices are arranged between the arch ribs on the two sides through the tower columns. The opposite-pulling device comprises a pair of guide pulleys arranged on the top of the tower column, tensioning equipment arranged on the top of the tower column and opposite-pulling steel strands connected with the arch ribs on the two sides from the tensioning equipment respectively. The tower column higher than the short support is arranged, the arch camber angle is larger than 0 degree, the traction force of arch camber lateral rotation is conveniently and finely controlled, in addition, the tensioning device of the opposite-pulling steel strand is arranged at the top of the tower column, namely, the tensioning device is arranged in the middle of the opposite-pulling device, the traction force of arch ribs on the two sides can be balanced and controlled, and the control method of the lateral rotation traction force is simplified.
