The invention relates to the technical field of building design and construction, in particular to a prestressed connecting device for a cast-in-place open caisson, which is used for connecting an upper wall plate of the cast-in-place open caisson and a lower wall plate of the cast-in-place open caisson and comprises an upper steel strand, a lower steel strand, a connecting round bin and a tensioning device, the connecting round bin is arranged between the cast-in-place open caisson upper wall plate and the cast-in-place open caisson lower wall plate; one part of the upper steel strand is arranged in a wall plate at the upper part of the cast-in-place open caisson, and the other part of the upper steel strand penetrates through the top wall of the connecting round bin and enters the connecting round bin; and one part of the lower steel strand is arranged in a wall plate at the lower part of the cast-in-place open caisson, and the other part of the lower steel strand penetrates through the bottom wall of the connecting round bin and enters the connecting round bin. According to the prestress connecting device, through tensioning of the upper steel strand and the lower steel strand, the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate of the cast-in-place open caisson are effectively connected, the overall structural strength and stability of the open caisson are remarkably enhanced, and the safety problem caused by structural separation or displacement is prevented.
