A pre-stressed bunching assembly type open caisson construction method comprises the following steps that a, a plurality of hollow prefabricated parts are inserted along the periphery of a to-be-excavated area of an open caisson, a closed rectangular supporting structure is defined by the multiple prefabricated parts, and the prefabricated parts comprise working section prefabricated parts and standard section prefabricated parts; the working section prefabricated parts are located at the four corners of a to-be-excavated area of the open caisson, and the standard section prefabricated parts are located between every two adjacent working section prefabricated parts in the circumferential direction; b, a steel strand penetrates through the position between every two adjacent working section prefabricated parts in the circumferential direction and is tensioned, and the steel strands penetrate through the corresponding standard section prefabricated parts; c, concrete is poured into the hollow part of the standard section prefabricated part; and step d, excavating a middle soil body. The adopted prefabricated parts can be produced in a factory in a centralized mode in advance and transported to the site to be assembled when needed, and the prefabricated parts are of hollow structures, light in weight, convenient to transport and high in construction efficiency.
