Non-drainage sinking construction method for large open caisson
The invention discloses a non-drainage sinking construction method for a large open caisson. The non-drainage sinking construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a foundation pit is excavated, and a sand cushion layer and a concrete cushion layer are constructed; secondly, open caissons are manufactured on the cushion layer in a segmented mode; thirdly, a plurality of rails are installed on the top face of the open caisson, a self-walking platform is arranged on the rails, and a telescopic boom excavator is carried on the self-walking platform; fourthly, after the concrete strength of the open caisson reaches 100% of the design strength, a small excavator in an open caisson compartment is adopted to break and remove a concrete cushion layer and a brick blank film, and a telescopic boom excavator is combined to discharge muck outwards; and fifthly, after the open caisson sinks to the designed elevation, bottom sealing is conducted, and open caisson sinking construction is completed. The construction method of manufacturing for multiple times and sinking for one time is adopted, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is greatly shortened; and non-drainage sinking is adopted, the cost is saved, meanwhile, the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced, and the risks of soil gushing and sand gushing of the open caisson are reduced.
