The invention discloses pile positioning and perpendicularity adjusting equipment and a pile mounting construction method.The pile positioning and perpendicularity adjusting equipment is applied to reverse construction of a steel column and comprises a first support, a second support, a plane adjusting device, a limiting device and a perpendicularity adjusting device; the steel column is adjusted to the center position of the upper end face to be located in the installation plane through the plane adjusting device installed on the first support, then the lowering height of the steel column is limited and installed through the limiting device, and therefore the lowering height of the steel column is controlled, and then the perpendicularity of a column body of the steel column is adjusted through the perpendicularity adjusting device. According to the pile column positioning and perpendicularity adjusting device, positioning of a column body of the steel column and measurement of the perpendicularity of a pile body can be achieved, and therefore construction errors are reduced, the integrity of the pile hole is guaranteed, construction safety is guaranteed, and construction efficiency is improved.
