Buckling-restrained brace reinforcing method of existing plate-column structure
The invention discloses a buckling-restrained brace reinforcing method for an existing plate-column structure. The buckling-restrained brace reinforcing method comprises the steps that firstly, buckling braces are arranged at the middle positions of transverse side trusses and the middle positions of longitudinal side trusses in a plate-column structure system to be reinforced; 2, when the square column structure and the cylindrical structure which are calculated and determined in the step 1 are constructed, a circumferential embedded part sealing steel plate is arranged on the lower portion of a reinforcing cylinder, and the steel plate can be used as a concrete pouring formwork; thirdly, when the frame beam determined through calculation in the first step is constructed, an on-beam iron steel bar is placed on the upper portion of the newly-added frame beam; fourthly, the buckling-restrained brace gusset plates are welded to the embedded parts; the buckling supports are arranged to resist lateral horizontal force, and meanwhile, the existing columns at the positions where the buckling supports are arranged are reinforced through the section increasing method, so that on one hand, the buckling support embedded parts can be arranged, on the other hand, the lateral stiffness of the whole structure can be increased, the shock resistance of the structure can be improved, and instability damage of the original structural columns can be effectively prevented.
本发明公开了一种既有板柱结构的防屈曲支撑加固方法,包括:步骤一:在待加固的板柱结构体系中选择横向边榀中间位置及纵向边榀中间位置设置屈曲支撑;步骤二:对步骤一计算确定的方柱结构及圆柱结构进行施工时,加固圆柱下部设置周圈埋件封闭钢板,该钢板可作为混凝土浇筑模版用;步骤三:对步骤一计算确定的框架梁进行施工时,新增框架梁上部放置梁上铁钢筋;步骤四:将防屈曲支撑节点板焊接在预埋件上;本发明通过设置屈曲支撑用于抵抗侧向水平力,同时对设置屈曲支撑处的既有柱进行增大截面法加固,一则可满足设置屈曲支撑预埋件,二则可增大结构整体的抗侧刚度,提高结构的抗震能力,有效防止原结构柱的失稳破坏。
