The invention discloses a large-span concrete wall secondary repair leveling forming device and a construction method thereof.The large-span concrete wall secondary repair leveling forming device comprises two clamping plates, an end sealing plate is supported between the ends of the two clamping plates, a pouring space is defined by the two clamping plates, the end sealing plate and a wall head, and a plurality of sliding grooves are formed in the opposite sides of the two clamping plates; each locking structure comprises two moving plates, the two moving plates are attached to the opposite sides of the two clamping plates respectively, rolling wheels are installed on the moving plates, the rolling wheels are arranged in one sliding groove in a sliding mode, locking pieces used for pressing and abutting against the opposite sides of the clamping plates are detachably installed on the moving plates, the locking pieces are arranged in the other sliding groove, and the locking pieces are connected with the clamping plates in a sliding mode. A supporting plate with the adjustable length is connected between the two movable plates. The scraping plate is mounted on the supporting plate and is embedded between the upper parts of the two clamping plates; and a vibrator mounted on the support plate. The problem that an existing construction method for secondary repairing of the concrete wall is difficult to reinforce is solved.
