本发明提供一种基于桩基原理的破损混凝土地坪修复工艺,对破损的地坪表面进行整体修复,利用桩基原理,修复后的混凝土地坪表层结构改变,石子裸露,能够有效分散承重压力,将外部压力传送至地坪的整个基础层下,减小表面点受力带动整个地坪的震动,避免地坪破损起壳;经过修复过程中进行四次固化处理,由下至上层层反应固化,固化剂的渗透效果更好且反应更充分,从而使得地坪的硬度和耐磨性都得到提高,莫氏硬度达到7以上,杜绝起灰风险。防护液的使用降低了地坪的吸水性,起到防滑的作用,也降低了混凝土的风化速度,更进一步地增强了地坪的使用寿命。
