The invention discloses a slope tree planting fixing system and method, and relates to the technical field of vegetation planting. Compared with a previous tree fixing and planting technology, the problems that the prior art is not suitable for a side slope, and the side slope is prone to toppling when trees are planted are solved; in order to solve the problems of slow tree vigor recovery and low survival rate in the prior art, an inverted-arch biological concrete retaining wall is adopted to provide strong supporting force for a soil structure around trees, so that plants and soil layers are prevented from laterally sliding, and the stability of a tree growth environment is kept; and the retaining wall material has the characteristics of high porosity and low alkalinity, so that the reproduction of soil microorganisms can be promoted, and the development of tree root systems is facilitated. The fixing piles buried underground are used for being connected with the traction rope to generate pulling force on the tree body, and the tree can be effectively prevented from toppling over after being planted. The ecological planting bags arranged on the upstream face of the slope surface can effectively relieve the rainwater scouring force of the slope surface, water and soil loss is reduced, and the stability of trees is further improved; after the nutrients in the planting bag infiltrate, the nutrients required by the growth can be provided for the root system of the tree.
