The invention discloses lifting equipment for a wall module and a construction method. The lifting equipment of the wall module comprises a lifting module, an abutting module, a supporting module and a clamping module. The lifting module comprises a base, a lifting part, a gear assembly and a driving assembly. The driving assembly is arranged to drive the lifting part to slide in the vertical direction through the gear assembly. The clamping module is located on the side, away from the lifting module, of the abutting module, the clamping module and the abutting module are arranged in a spaced mode in the second direction, and the clamping module and the abutting module are arranged to clamp the wall module; the clamping module is slidably connected with the supporting module, and the clamping module slides in the second direction and is used for getting away from or getting close to the abutting module. The invention relates to a building wall technology, and provides a wall module lifting device and a construction method, which are more flexible and portable to use, suitable for wall modules with different thicknesses and higher in mounting precision of the wall modules.
