Impermeable pile foundation grouting material and application thereof
The invention discloses an anti-permeation pile foundation grouting material, and belongs to the technical field of grouting materials. The pile foundation grouting material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 66-88% of cement, 3-10% of a suspending agent, 0.03-0.2% of a water reducing agent, 1-3% of gypsum, 6-15% of modified polyurethane powder and 2-5% of an expanding agent, wherein the modified polyurethane powder is obtained by grafting linen fibers with dimethyl methylphosphate for modification and then carrying out heat preservation reaction on the modified linen fibers, polyether polyol and TDI (toluene diisocynate) at the temperature of 100-110 DEG C for 30-40 minutes. According to the pile foundation grouting material, the modified polyurethane powder containing the modified linen fibers and the dimethyl methylphosphate can synergistically improve the impermeability of the pile foundation grouting material, and meanwhile, the compressive strength and the breaking strength of the pile foundation grouting material are improved.
本发明公开了一种抗渗透的桩基注浆料,属于注浆料技术领域。本发明的桩基注浆料,包括以下重量百分比的原料:66‑88%水泥、3‑10%悬浮剂、0.03‑0.2%减水剂、1‑3%石膏、6‑15%改性聚氨酯粉末、2‑5%膨胀剂;其中,所述改性聚氨酯粉末是由亚麻纤维接枝甲基磷酸二甲酯改性后,与聚醚多元醇、TDI在100‑110℃下保温反应30‑40min后得到的。本发明的桩基注浆料中,包含有改性亚麻纤维的改性聚氨酯粉末和甲基磷酸二甲酯可协同改善桩基注浆料的抗渗性,同时提高桩基注浆料的抗压强度和抗折强度。
