Carbon-ceramic composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a carbon-ceramic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation of fiber-reinforced ceramic composite materials. The method comprises the following steps: weaving carbon fibers into a 2.5-dimensional or 3-dimensional prefabricated part, putting the prefabricated part into a solvent for refluxing, cleaning and drying, then putting the prefabricated part into a chemical vapor deposition furnace for depositing pyrolytic carbon, then carrying out graphitization treatment, and then carrying out impregnation and cracking to finally obtain the carbon-ceramic composite material. The prepared carbon-ceramic composite material is moderate in friction coefficient, good in wear resistance, high in braking energy absorption/heat dissipation capacity, not prone to cracking and used for braking of passenger cars, and the preparation method is simple, easy to operate, good in repeatability and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种碳陶复合材料及其制备方法与应用,属于纤维增强陶瓷复合材料的制备领域。该方法先将碳纤维织造成2.5维或3维预制件,将预制件放入溶剂中回流,清洗后烘干,接着将预制件置于化学气相沉积炉中沉积热解碳,再进行石墨化处理,然后浸渍裂解,最终获得碳陶复合材料。本发明制备得到的碳陶复合材料摩擦系数适中、耐磨性好和制动能量吸/散热能力强,不易开裂,用于乘用车制动,且制备方法简单、易操作、重复性好、成本低。
